Jason Rosales is the Vice President of Business Development supporting all High Ground brands. In his role he focuses on enhancing our strategic relationships with service plumbers, HVAC providers, and other key referral partners, ensuring we continue to grow our market share and deliver best-in-class service. His extensive sales leadership experience brings proven industry sales/ marketing approaches to each of our brands.
Jason has over 17 years of industry experience, primarily on the supply distributioin side of the restoratrion industry. Throughtout those years Jason has become most passionate in coaching and mentoring sellers passionate about the restoration industry. He has led teams of over 50 field sellers across 14 retail, distribution locations nationwide.
When Jason is not in markets working with our marketing teams, you can catch Jason in St. Petersburg Fl. Where he is celebrating his first year being married and spending time with his adult children and now grandson! Family, friends and fun in the sun, its the Florida way!
